LinkedIn influencer Liz Ryan has a lot to say about remote work, and why many companies are hesitant to allow their employees to work from home. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/lizryan\/2017\/11\/28\/the-real-reason-they-wont-let-you-work-from-home\/?sh=48f2422a7e07\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In her Forbes article \u201cThe Real Reason Why They Won\u2019t Let You Work From Home,\u201d<\/a> Ryan argues that fear-based company cultures are to blame\u2014 frankly, these types of companies don\u2019t trust their workers enough to let them work from home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be infuriating. However, if you\u2019ve got the skills and the confidence to succeed without a middle manager holding your hand, you can break out of the corporate grind and carve out your own professional niche. If you\u2019ve got the skills, companies won\u2019t care where you work: all you need is the confidence to quit your job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Today\u2019s Hottest Remote Jobs&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remote jobs come in all shapes and sizes. <a href=\"https:\/\/theinterviewguys.com\/best-remote-jobs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Here are some of the hottest ones in 2021:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Software engineers<\/strong> are in-demand, and paid very well for their coding abilities. And best of all, it\u2019s super easy to do from home. Creative minds are hard to come by, and if you fit the bill, you\u2019ll never run out of work.<\/li><li><strong>Copywriting, social media management,<\/strong> and <strong>content development<\/strong> will always be in high demand, and if you can do it in two languages, you\u2019ll be poised to succeed.
